This 3-month program is designed to provide personalized 1:1 coaching for women who are ready to take a holistic approach to their fertility journey. Combining integrative nutrition, yoga, mindfulness, and emotional support, we will work together to optimize your fertility and prepare your body, mind, and spirit for a conscious conception experience.
The program includes bi-weekly 1:1 coaching calls, with email check-in during our off weeks, personalized meal plans, yoga practices, meditation guidance, and emotional support. You’ll also receive valuable bonus resources to keep you on track and aligned with your fertility goals.
Program Structure:
Phase 1: Foundation & Clarity (Weeks 1-4)
